In the latest instalment of our series of ‘Little British Battler’ (LBB) updates, we take a look at Littlefish, the provider of managed IT support services for SMEs and mid-market companies (between 100 and 1,000 employees).
When we met with Littlefish in January (see Little British Battlers – Q1 2012), we found that its focus on managed support services, supported by an innovation in service tools, was serving it well. The company more than doubled the size of its average Managed Service contract, in the process expanding total revenues by 30% in FY11. Our view was that Littlefish was successfully adopting tactics you might expect to see from rather bigger fish.
Its FY12 drew to a close at the end of September, so the timing was perfect to catch up with Littlefish’s Sales Director, Joe McCarthy. The year proved to be a tough one but Littlefish still managed to deliver solid growth. Subscribers can read more here.
